Star Wars: The Musical

Updated: Sep 8, 2019

Excited to announce the galactic premier of Star Wars: The Musical! Written and produced, music arranged and adapted by George Shaw. Directed by Jeffrey Gee Chin.

Star Wars Musical is a parody of Episode IV: A New Hope, adapting Classic Disney songs, including “A Whole New World” and “When You Wish Upon a Star”, and mashing them up with John Williams’ Star Wars Themes. Dedicated fans, actors, and film professionals have come together to create this ultimate love letter that celebrates fandoms across different worlds in a combination live action/animated film.

After 6 months of writing, another 6 months of pre-production, 5 days of filming, and another 8 months of post-production the musical is finally live and able to be shared with the entire galaxy! Additionally, the musical will be adapted into 3D with the support of Visual Effects Artist Eric Kurland (Prince of Egypt, The Simpsons Movie).
